In 2006, we opened El Tropico Cuban Cuisine here in Sunny Isles, FL. Our dream was to bring the flavors of my Cuban heritage to our community. Every dish we serve is inspired by family recipes and the vibrant culture of Cuba, made fresh each day with care.

Our menu is full of Cuban classics you know and love. From tender Churrasco and Ropa Vieja to Arroz con Pollo, Whole Snapper, and the famous Cubano Sandwich, each dish is made fresh and full of flavor. At El Tropico, dining is about more than food. Every Saturday, we host live music to bring the rhythm of Cuba to Sunny Isles. Guests come for dinner but stay for the atmosphere, laughter, and sense of community that fills the room. We’re proud to serve the best Mojito, Margarita, Piña Colada, and Café con Leche in South Florida.
